Booking

It's easy to book your holiday accommodation at Fair Oak Farm.  You can check availability of Stable Cottage, the Barn & Cow Shed and the Grain Store on this website.  To make your reservation please contact us using the contact details provided below after which we will confirm the total price.  Owners, Ian & Penny Ledger, know the surrounding Sussex and Kent countryside well and would be pleased to assist with your enquiry.  You may contact us seven days a week.

Bookings must be made in writing (letter/fax/e-mail) and remain provisional until payment is received.  Payments are in advance, preferably by bank transfer for which we can send you details.  If you would prefer to pay by card please click on the button below and enter the agreed amount.  There is a £10 booking fee when paying by card.

Payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the property for those dates.

In some circumstances we can accept a 50% advance payment to secure a booking with any balance due no less than two weeks prior to arrival.

Alternative methods of payment by cheque or cash are available by arrangement.  Please make cheques payable to 'Fair Oak Farm'.

A reservation, once confirmed by us, constitutes a contract, which renders you liable for payment in full.
