Fair Oak Farm offers excellent holiday accommodation in Sussex (UK) with beautiful interiors in a wonderful countryside setting. Nestled in the estate’s 12 acres are a range of sympathetically refurbished farm buildings, available individually or as a whole. The self catering holiday accommodation comprises the Barn & Cow Shed, Stable Cottage and Grain Store with refurbished Gypsy caravan.  This idyllic rural retreat provides a memorable holiday for couples, families or groups.

Prices are per property per week (£).  The prices shown are 2009 rates.  The flexible self catering accommodation can cater for any number of people between 1 and 16 (subject to availability).  We advise larger groups to book as far in advance as possible.  Rental periods are usually from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.

* A supplement of £100 per week per property applies for Christmas and New Year.

Weekends and short breaks of up to 3 nights are offered in our holiday accommodation at 75% of the weekly rate, subject to availability.

Full bed linen and towels is provided in 3 bedrooms in the Barn & Cow Shed, 1 bedroom in Stable Cottage and 1 bedroom in the Grain Store.  Where sofa beds are used £10 per person is charged for additional linen and towels.  Please advise the number of guests staying at the time of booking otherwise we cannot guarantee that linen will be available.

Winter fuel and utility rates are inclusive.

All properties have electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (except the Barn), colour digital TV, VHS/DVD/CD, garden furniture, barbeque, oil central heating and private parking.

Fair Oak Farm is a wireless broadband hot spot.  For a small charge our guests can enjoy internet access all over the farm and at 130 other hot spots throughout Sussex.

Well behaved pets are welcome at £20 per pet per week, plus an additional £50 returnable security deposit.

A returnable security deposit of £50 - £150 is required depending on the property, due at the time of booking.

Other facilities at Fair Oak Farm include cycle hire (his and hers mountain bikes and child trailer are available), Wine List, DVD library, board games, chef hire and home cooked organic food delivery.

Cots (£10 per week), high chairs (£10 per week) and stair gates are available on request.  We are not allowed to provide linen for cots.  Baby sitting service available.
