This lovely country retreat sleeps 8 to 9 and is used when we are full at Fair Oak Farm or by larger groups if more space is required. Bibleham is a comfortable country home in one of the most scenic parts of South East England, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Private and secluded off a country lane with large gardens and magnificent views.

Oak panelled dining room seating up to 10.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, table with pew.
Adjacent hall and store room with with Belfast sink, larder cupboards, large fridge/freezer.
Utility room with Table Tennis table, washing machine and tumble dryer
Spacious Sitting Room with huge inglenook fireplace, large settee, several armchairs and CD/radio player.
Separate lounge/snug with 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD and large L shape sofa.
Large master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Three further bedrooms (one double and two twins). One of the twin bedroom can have a third pull-out bed. Family bathroom.
Large patio area with wooden garden furniture and barbecue.
Delightful 2 acre garden with far reaching rural views.

A vacation in this part of South East England means you can enjoy excellent countryside walks across the many local footpaths. The picture book village of Mayfield with shops, pubs and restaurants is just 2 miles away. Nearby Bewl Water is excellent for fishing, water sports and riding. London is easily accessible from nearby Stonegate, Wadhurst or Crowborough stations. Tunbridge Wells and historic coastal shopping towns are a short drive away.

There is oil central heating throughout. His and hers mountain bikes are available for hire. Bibleham has wireless broadband so guests can enjoy internet access. A barbeque, folding bed, cot, highchair and baby alarm can be provided.

This country house is separated from Fair Oak Farm but very close by. In fact Bibleham is our one and only neighbour. When rented on it's own we cannot offer the facilities and services at Fair Oak Farm.

Bibleham sleeps 8-9 people and used in conjunction with the Barn & Cow Shed, Stable Cottage and/or the Grain Store our holiday accommodation can accommodate up to 25 people. This property has not been quality assessed but it is perfectly well equipped and of a good standard. For larger groups needing the extra space or when we are full at Fair Oak Farm we are more than happy to introduce people to the owners.
