NEW! Luxury Eco-Lodge Tree Houses

Each of the two eco-lodge tree houses provide luxury self-catering accommodation for two people.... for grown-ups that want to fulfil their innermost childish dreams.

Clad with sustainable timber and fully insulated, exceeding residential building regulation standards, these spacious lodges contain a Queen size double bed, en-suite wet room & wardrobe, seating and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and sheltered balcony.  Accessed via it's own winding gravel path from a dedicated parking area, the eco-lodges are hidden amongst mature trees including magnificent Scots Pines and other native specimens.  Working with the Weald's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, historic maps show that the tree line is an ancient boundary which existed thousands of years ago.  Located on the edge of the gardens, the eco-lodge tree-houses are also accessible from other accommodation at the farm whilst providing complete privacy.  Both ramp and step access are available to each lodge and from the sheltered, decked balcony you can enjoy uninterrupted valley views of stunning Sussex countryside.  What a view to wake up to!

Each lodge sleeps two people, offering all the usual mod cons that our guests have come to expect in our 4-star quality graded holiday accommodation.  Facilities include heating, hot water, flat screen LED digital TV with integral DVD, fresh white linen and towels, wireless broadband and DVD library.  The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge with freezer, electric hob, oven with grill and microwave oven.

The project has brought with it many environmental benefits, including the use of sustainable materials, the planting of over 500 trees at the farm and the implementation of our wildlife habitat protection plan, including the introduction of rare owl enticement nests and other bird boxes.

We welcome pets at Fair Oak Farm but to ensure the enjoyment of future guests pets are not permitted inside the eco-lodge tree houses.  Used in conjunction with the Barn & Cow Shed, Grain Store and Stable Cottage our holiday accommodation at the farm can sleep up to 14 people, or up to 19 people with the use of the three sofa beds.
