A central barn with large screen projector and surround sound provides a large open space for lounge dining, dinners, workshops, business meetings and presentations. workshops.
Private reception rooms, lounges and outbuildings are ideal for break-out sessions, consultations or simply to relax in front of a log fire.
ON-SITE TREATMENTS & SAUNA
When you book your stay, you can pre-book a therapist so resident guests can enjoy treatments in a dedicated on-site treatment studio and/or in rooms, lodges or other outbuildings.
To complement your massage, facial or nail spa treatment, you can make use of our on-site infra-red sauna for even more relaxation.

Self-cater or hire a private chef? Either way, our ten domestic kitchens are equipped with what you need.
The farmhouse and central barn have dining spaces and kitchens equipped to cater for a group at full occupancy. Dining tables in the central barn have bespoke interchangeable square and round tops, so groups can easily have whatever configuration they prefer. Or dine al-fresco on the terrace if you prefer.

Exclusive hire comes with ample space for groups up to our maximum occupancy in a variety of locations.
Practice yoga and pilates, host a workshop or lead a a dance or fitness class - all in the comfort of large open plan spaces or outside on the yoga lawn, under the shaded canopy of trees.
LAUNDRY & BOOT ROOM
Buildings with overnight accommodation and a kitchen include a washer dryer. In addition, a communal laundry and boot room is available for guests to use.

Ideal if you're travelling before your stay or using your own towels for the sauna and would like your clothes or towels fresh and clean when you get home.

PRIVATE STUDY & LOUNGES
If you'd like to catch up on e-mails or complete some work uninterrupted, away from the comfort of your room or lodge, a private study off the central barn, with wi-fi and printer, provides some personal space. Wi-fi access points are also available throughout the property, in each building.

Private lounge spaces in the farmhouse and outbuildings also provide space for some quiet time or for one-to-one consultations and break-out sessions.
PARKING & GARDENS
Private parking for 15 cars, including allocated parking near overnight accommodation. Some parking spaces even have outstanding countryside views!

Free range poultry, peacocks, cuddly sheep and alpacas roam the land. The gardens have ample space for group activities and quiet spaces where you can read a book or soak up the country air. All set in a protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald.
