The estate lies in a Wealden valley, surrounded by stunning Sussex countryside within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Nestled in the estate’s 12 acres are a range of sympathetically refurbished Grade II Listed farm buildings and luxury eco-lodge tree houses. The self catering holiday accommodation comprises the Barn & Cow Shed, Stable Cottage, Grain Store and Eco-Lodges, together sleeping 14 guests (or up to 19 with the use of sofa beds). The barn provides a huge double height, open plan space, open to the eaves, where everyone can gather to dine and lounge whilst individual units provide privacy and benefit from their own kitchen and dining spaces. Guests enjoy direct access to beautiful gardens and large lawns. Within the grounds is a refurbished bow-top gypsy caravan which sits in the orchard, near a pond from which there are stunning, uninterrupted valley views of the Sussex countryside.

The Grade II Listed farm buildings are available individually or as a whole, providing an idyllic rural retreat for couples, families or groups, sleeping any number of guests between 1 and 19. Click on any of the images below to find further information about each building.

Discounted rates are available for large families and groups wanting to book all three buildings at Fair Oak Farm.

The holiday accommodation is self-catering, sleeping a maximum of 10 guests (all three farm buildings) or 14 guests (all five buildings), with 2 to a room. Up to 5 additional guests can be accommodated with use of all three sofa beds for which additional charges apply.
