Local Wedding Venues in East Sussex

With wedding season upon us and the sunshine in full abundance, we wanted to take a moment to remind you of our wonderful local venue partners here at Fair Oak Farm. Over the years we've curated a number of like-minded venues and suppliers all of whom encompass the same ethical approach that we offer as an intimate and personal venue. Whether you are thinking bohemian bridal vibes, a banquet in a charming but homely castle or a dreamy country setting in a rustic style barn and Oast…we’ve got you covered.

Wadhurst Castle is a beautiful castellated country house set in magnificent gardens with far reaching views and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just a few miles from Fair Oak Farm.

Although having the grandeur of a castle, the venue has a natural homely charm. It is licensed for ceremonies in the castle, the walled garden or the Carriage Barn.

Following the ceremony guests can spill out on to the South Terrace with its amazing views for drinks and canapes, music, lawn games and meanderings around the lovely garden rooms. Exclusive use is available with no corkage and a bridal dressing room is included.

The main hall, with its beautiful oak-beamed ceiling and traditional minstrels’ gallery is ideal for an intimate celebration and an adjoining marquee can be added for your reception. The Pavilion offers an outdoor alternative for your ceremony and is a wonderful setting for an evening meal or relaxed barbecue.
