Inclusive Packages for Corporate Stays and Hosted Retreats

Our packages are ideal for corporate offsites, business groups and private retreats wanting a single point of contact to organise everything.
Packages are inclusive of hotel-type services, but unlike a hotel, clients have exclusive use of the estate and can pick and choose the level and type of services that suits their preferences and budget. It also means a single supplier to invoice for everything, which is useful for larger corporates having to process approved supplier applications before securing a booking.
Groups have exclusive use of the property including all overnight accommodation, communal spaces, facilities and private parking, all set in a protected national landscape, only one hour from central London.
Standard packages mean up to 18 delegates have single occupancy of their own private lodge or room, but options are available to sleep up to 24 guests.
As a minimum, packages include a private chef providing full-board meals with pre-agreed menus.
Flexible options are available for daytime hosting, concierge and other staff and catering services, such as marshmallows and snacks around the fire pit. Pre-booked drink deliveries and transport options, such as from the station or airport, can be arranged and included if required. Activities such as guided walks, wine tasting, yoga classes in the studio and massages, facials or nail spa treatments in the treatment studio can also be arranged with trusted local suppliers.
