Lodges in our valley - ideal for corporate retreats wanting additional accommodation

Hosted retreats and corporate groups form much of our occupancy throughout the year. Packages are available, inclusive of hotel-type services, with a private chef as standard and options for yoga classes, treatments, guided hikes, laser clay shooting, wine tasting, transport from the airport/station, and lots more.

Unlike a hotel though, groups have exclusive use of the estate and only pay for the additional services they want.

These groups often prefer single occupancy to the rooms and lodges we have at Fair Oak Farm, so we've hand-picked a few local lodges, all close by to the farm, located in the same valley - ideal for groups wanting additional single occupancy to rooms/beds who can attend a retreat at Fair Oak Farm during the day, whilst the group as a whole doesn’t exceed our maximum insured occupancy.

Hoots Tree Houses: Just up the lane towards Stonegate station, and up a long private track, privately managed Hoots offer two private tree houses in a wonderful setting, with a double bed in each. https://hootstreehouse.co.uk/

Lakeside Lodge: A three bedroom lodge at the top of the valley ridge and part of the Lakedown estate which includes nearby fishing lakes and tap room which can be booked via the agency 'Sykes Holiday Cottages' here Lakeside Lodge (Sykes).
