New for 2023: Two-bedroom accommodation in the trees at your favourtite Sussex country retreat.
Thirteen years after introducing our two award-winning eco-lodge tree houses, work is now well underway to create a brand new, two-bedroom property in the trees, here at Fair Oak Farm.
Based on the same successful design principles, the new, sustainably built tree house boasts a second bedroom and several design modifications to improve the guest experience. Just like our existing tree houses, guests will be able to lie in bed and soak up the uninterrupted valley views, positioned to watch the sunrise.

The new two bedroom lodge is expected to be available in late Spring / early Summer 2023 and will be included with all exclusive hire bookings of the accommodation at the farm.
When the new 'Grand Eco-Lodge Tree House' is ready, we'll be turning an existing twin bedroom in our converted barns into a private study, with spare space for a sofa bed and storage. So, overall occupancy and rates for exclusive hire based on occupancy levels will remain the same.

This means exclusive hire of the property, will provide guests with even more flexibility of overnight accommodation, who can choose from:
An historic five bedroom farmhouse with open plan kitchen dining and receptions rooms.
A complex of beautifully converted barns, including two one-bedroom barn conversions, large communal barn and two further double bedroom suites.
Ancillary accommodation in a detached two-bedroom Oast House.
A range of lodges and huts, including two eco-lodge tree houses, a hay barn and two luxury huts, each providing double bedroom studio spaces, plus a two bedroom 'Grand Eco-Lodge Tree House'.

Squeezing in construction of the new, two-bedroom tree house between guest stays, means work is limited to restricted times on same-day change-over days, usually on one or two days a weeks. However, with the build being led, almost single handed, by a fantastic, skilled local carpenter, work is progressing to plan and remains on schedule to be watertight very soon, with fit-out commencing in the new year.
